TRANSFORMING OUR CITY AND BEYOND BY CONNECTING PEOPLE TO CHRIST, COMMUNITY, AND CALLING
COVID & INDOOR GATHERING INFO
Discover Your Church Night is an opportunity to come learn what makes us tick, and see if you want to take another step toward becoming a member of our church.
Dare to Care was created out of our passion to love and serve the people in our community. We schedule strategic, local service opportunities throughout the year.
One of the best ways to encourage spiritual growth is by connecting with community and growing in your calling. We encourage you to explore some of the opportunities to do this at Colorado Community by visiting our Connect Point page to see where you can get involved.
FAMILY NEWS HIGHLIGHTS
Here are some of our recent news items. If you would like to see more events and other opportunities to get involved, go to CONNECT POINT.
In lieu of our traditional Christmas Store, this year we are excited to partner with a number of local ministries and organizations – including the MLCC – in their effort to care for at-risk families in our city. We will provide a gift bag containing a small present and gift card for families to purchase toys. A donation of $30 helps support one child. Make checks payable to CCC with “Christmas Store” in the memo.
A small group of volunteers will be needed to help distribute gift bags. Visit the Kids Ministry desk for more information.
Thanksgiving Eve Service
Wednesday, Nov 24 • 6:30p • Worship Center
Plan to bring your family and friends to join us for our annual Thanksgiving Eve worship service! This is an hour-long service of gratitude for God’s goodness and faithfulness. A special “Drive-By Blessing” offering will be received and given anonymously to a selected ministry in our city.
In observance of Thanksgiving, our facility will be closed on Thursday and Friday, Nov 25 & 26. Celebrate Recovery will still meet on Friday.
Project 1.27 Info night
Project 1.27 Info Night is for Christian parents interested in pursuing foster care or adoption through the Colorado child protection system.
Parents will receive an informative and realistic presentation on the foster care system, and how they may become foster or adoptive parents.
Project 1.27 serves married couples and single individuals. Both members of couples seeking to foster or adopt must attend Info Night. Supporting friends and family members are welcome (and encouraged!) to attend.
- This is the first requirement in the foster care/adoption process.
- You must attend an Info Night to join Project 1.27 or attend our training.
